These Messaging Terms & Conditions apply to SMS and MMS marketing messages sent by Red Cymbals (9 Trinity Way, Pakenham VIC 3810, Australia — info@redcymbals.com).

When you opt in to our messaging service, we will send you a confirmation message. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Red Cymbals to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and current promotions. Red Cymbals reserves the right to change the frequency of messages or the sender number or alphanumeric sender ID at any time.

Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Opting Out

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, or by following the unsubscribe link included in our messages. Once you unsubscribe, we will send a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

If you wish to resume receiving messages from Red Cymbals in the future, simply sign up again through the same process you used originally.

Continued enrolment after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
