Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $300 AUD shipped anywhere in the world. For orders under $300 AUD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and the carrier selected.

We ship to all countries worldwide.

Dispatch Times

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability. If your item is in stock, we aim to dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Please check stock availability before ordering if your purchase is time-sensitive. We allow pre-orders on items that are on order or in production, so not everything listed on the site is always immediately available. If you are unsure, contact us at info@redcymbals.com before placing your order.

Production Times

Red Cymbals B20 cymbals are handmade to order. Production can take up to 10 weeks from the time of order, depending on the cymbal and current demand. We will always aim to get your order to you sooner and will keep you updated on progress.

Standard accessories and in-stock items are not subject to production lead times.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are estimates only — they do not account for delays outside our control (e.g. customs processing, carrier delays, or public holidays). All estimates refer to business days.

  • Australia: typically 3–10 business days after dispatch
  • International: typically 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs

We will do our best to resolve any delays and ensure your order arrives within a reasonable timeframe.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. We ship via Australia Post for most orders — you can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.

For international orders, if the Australia Post tracking page does not show detailed updates in your country, enter your tracking number directly into your local postal service’s tracking tool (e.g. USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK) for more detailed information.

If your parcel is returned to us because it was not collected within the carrier’s holding period, you will be responsible for the cost of re-sending.

Taxes & Duties

Shipping charges do not include import taxes, customs duties, or other fees that may be applied by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office based on the value of your order.

If you refuse delivery or do not collect your parcel and it is returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, we are unable to offer a refund on the order, as the cost of the return is borne by us.
