Dylan started Red Cymbals in 2018 with a vision of creating world class cymbals and a global drumming community — with a focus on musician wellbeing and mental health. He organises drum sheds around the world and runs booths at trade shows.

Montel Thomas

Montel leads Red Music School, teaching Drums, Bass and Guitar.

Lisa Redman

Lisa gets all the behind-the-scenes things done at events and at the head office — including setting up merch and displays at trade shows.
