Missed in Motion: 12 Hours of Drumming for the Missed Foundation
On August 8th — the final day of Missing Persons Week in Australia — we're going 9am to 9pm behind the kit to raise money for The Missed Foundation. Twelve hours of drumming. One very important reason.
Why We're Doing This
Missing Persons Week is a time to remember the people who aren't here, like Owen, Dylan Redman's brother and families like his, still waiting for answers. The Missed Foundation does critical work supporting those families, and we wanted to do something that felt meaningful — not just a donation, but a commitment. Twelve hours of not stopping feels about right. The number 12 represents the number of people researchers say are directly and adversely impacted by a disappearance. The Missed Foundation works to alleviate the practical, emotional and psychological impact on those 12+ people left behind by each long-term disappearance.
